FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mixing loose materials and can be used in chemical, food and construction materials industry. Centrifugal mixer for loose materials contains a vertical cylindrical housing with loading and unloading branch pipes, a horizontal disk installed on a vertical drive shaft with concentrically located hollow truncated cones rigidly fixed to it, at which height of generatrices increases from the central part to periphery. Above each of the movable hollow truncated cones there are upper fixed hollow truncated cones, which are rigidly attached to the hollow tube and directed by large bases towards concentrically located movable hollow truncated cones. Hollow tube is arranged coaxially with housing. Cylindrical shells are attached to large bases of upper hollow truncated cones. Ribs are rigidly fixed on inner surface of each of upper hollow truncated cones. Rib height should be larger than that of mixed material. Upper hollow truncated cones are rigidly welded to each other by means of hollow tube with possibility of reciprocal movement along vertical axis of the body.

EFFECT: high quality of multi-component mixtures owing to intensification of the mixing process at all mixing stages.
