SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a compound of formula (0) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In the formula (0) T1 and T2 represent N; R1 is selected from hydrogen, fluorine and C1-4 hydrocarbyloxy; R2 is selected from hydrogen, fluorine and C1-4 hydrocarbyloxy; R3 is selected from hydrogen, fluorine; M1 is a group of R4, selected from hydrogen and chlorine and M2 is a fragment -A-R7, in which the linking group A and R7 have the values indicated in the claims; R5 is selected from hydrogen, cyano, C1-3 alkyl, chlorine, carboxy and C1-3 alkoxycarbonyl; R6 is hydrogen. Also pharmaceutical compositions containing a compound of formula (0). .
EFFECT: proposed compounds inhibit or modulate the activity of Chk-1 kinase and can be used in the treatment of proliferative diseases.
