FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) for recycling pharmaceutical active substances. Described is a transdermal therapeutic system for recycling pharmaceutical active substances, comprising coating layer (7) and at least one carrier material (1) containing active substance, wherein between the carrier substance containing the active substance and the coating layer is at least one holder element, by means of which the carrier material containing the active substance is fixed on the coating layer, characterized by that the therapeutic active substances have a cationic structure, in the molecule of which there are amino groups or imino groups, carrier material is impregnated with liquid, the holder element is a side with hooks having an elongated segment of the Velcro tape, and the elongated tape has the shape of a bent circle segment with radius corresponding to radius of round or oval carrier material impregnated with liquid, wherein liquid is water solvent. Also described is a method of fixing an active substance-containing carrier material (1) on a coating layer of the above transdermal therapeutic system in the presence of segments of a Velcro band, characterized in that the carrier material containing the active substance is impregnated with a liquid and in open in upward direction by previous removal of sealing film pack closer to cover layer and arranged on it segments of tape Velcro, wherein the package together with the carrier substance containing the active substance is pressed to the coating layer by pressing Velcro tape to segments, wherein after that, the package is separated and removed, and wherein the carrier material containing the active substance remains fixed on segments of the Velcro tape and on the cover layer, and wherein the liquid used is an aqueous solvent.
EFFECT: technical result is reliable extraction of carrier-containing carrier material from package and its fixation on cover layer of TTS for subsequent use thereof, without requiring contact of carrier material containing active substance or additional auxiliary transfer device.
