Method further includes: before creation, object of information disclosure function, information on dedicated network based on requirements and information on existing network, if the function of the capability information disclosure determines that the capabilities of the existing network do not meet the requirements of the third party to the mobile network in accordance with information on the existing network, sending to a third party a reject message and notifying a third party of the capabilities of the existing network; receiving, an object of disclosing information on capabilities, requirements from a third party, updated in accordance with information on capabilities of existing network, and creating, for updated requirements, information on a dedicated network based on requirements and information on the existing network.
