SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication networks and can be used for preparing and providing acoustic and visual information and geolocation confidentiality in a designated area wherein a mobile communication network and/or a mobile access network operates. The described result is achieved by an area being allocated wherein information confidentiality is required, locations of the jamming apparatuses being determined, events of successful synchronization of mobile apparatuses located in the designated area with the base stations of the external network being excluded. Actions in physical delimitation of access to the external and internal environment, in integration with an external network, in controlling dangerous and potentially dangerous local functions of mobile apparatuses are conducted.

EFFECT: ensured information confidentiality in a defined area of operation of mobile apparatuses.
