SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by the fact that the power supply system of the transport vehicle comprises: a storage battery, a generator, a power network, a voltage regulator, which includes a first reference signal former, a first measuring link, a first comparator link and an actuator coupled to the excitation winding of the generator, a battery monitoring means, a second reference signal former, a second measuring link, a second comparison link and a detachable connection, wherein the non-inverting input of the second comparison link is a second reference signal, and the inverting input is a signal from the output of the second measurement link connected to the power network, also the former of the first reference signal is provided with a corrective input and is configured so that the value of the first reference signal is a progressive function of the value of the signal at the corrective input, which is configured to be connected to the output of the second comparison link through a detachable connection.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of functional capabilities of power supply system, in particular in providing optimum mode of operation of various types of storage batteries.
