FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building. Ploughshare comprises a body with two disks installed on it at an angle to each other, a seed guide and a ripper. Seed guide and ripper are made from tube of ellipsoidal section as integral unit, and pipe of ellipsoidal section serves simultaneously as seed guide and ripper. Ellipsoidal tube is bent aside, opposite to movement of the shovel, and its longitudinal-vertical plane of symmetry coincides with longitudinal-vertical plane of symmetry of the opener. Axis of symmetry of ellipsoidal section pipe is made with radius R = 250…300 mm. Upper part of the pipe of ellipsoidal cross-section is attached to the funnel of the neck of the housing of the ploughshare. Inside the tube of ellipsoidal cross-section by means of gumming method there applied is coating, for example, from rubber, which acts as seed sirer and has elastic-elastic and antifriction properties. Pipe of ellipsoidal section in lower part has ellipsoidal outlet hole identical to its contour. Large axis of outlet of ellipsoidal cross-section pipe is equal to 30…35 mm, and small axis of outlet hole of pipe of ellipsoidal section is equal to 15…17 mm. Below the outlet hole of the ellipsoidal section pipe there is an all-metal device from wear-resistant material in the form of a curved wedge connected to the ellipsoidal section pipe by means of welding. Width of heel of curvilinear wedge equals e = 12…14 mm. Middle part of the pipe of ellipsoidal cross-section is fixed to the case of the shovel by means of a bracket installed in the place of attachment of the internal cleaners of the ploughshare. Above the outlet orifice of the ellipsoidal cross-section pipe, a seed rate of nylon damper is installed with the help of a screw joint; the seedlayer has a fastening part made in the form of a thickening in the place of its attachment to the ellipsoidal tube, and a working part. Fastening part has lengthwise groove for installation of fastening and adjusting screws. Longitudinal axis of symmetry of the seed rate damper coincides with the longitudinal-vertical plane of symmetry of the ellipsoidal cross-section pipe. Seed speed limiter is directed backwards relative to outlet pipe of ellipsoidal cross-section towards the bottom of furrow. Gap h between seed rate damper and furrow bottom measured between its rear part and furrow bottom is equal to value less than seeds thickness. Circuit of working part of seed rate damper is made in form of equilateral trapezoid with inclination of its lateral sides, identical to incline of furrow walls. Working part of seed rate damper is made concave relative to longitudinal axis of symmetry of bottom of furrow. Profile of concave working part of seed rate damper has shape of circle arc, made with radius r = 25…30 mm. Longitudinal axis of symmetry of working part of seed rate damper is made convex along arc of circle with radius r1= 95…100 mm relative to axis of symmetry of bottom of furrow. Width a of working part of seed rate damper in its front part, located at height equal to value of large axis of ellipse of outlet of ellipsoidal pipe, is equal to 30…33 mm. Width b of rear working part of seed rate damper located at level of bottom of furrow formed by heel of curved wedge is equal to 12…14 mm. Thickness from profile of working part of seed rate damper is equal to 2.5…3.0 mm. Length l of working speed of seed rate damper is equal to 120…150 mm.
