FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular, to seeding working tools of grain seeders. Ploughshare comprises housing, two discs installed at an angle to each other on housing, seed guide and ripper. Seed guide and ripper are made as a single unit of rectangular cross-section pipe with width equal to 14 mm, height of 25 mm and outlet hole in lower part with width of 11 mm and height of 30 mm. Tube is bent to the side opposite to the ploughshare movement, wherein axis of symmetry of rectangular pipe has radius R = 150…160 mm. Said longitudinal vertical plane of symmetry of tube with rectangular cross-section coincides with longitudinal vertical axis of coulter symmetry. Upper part of pipe of rectangular cross-section is fixed with funnel to funnel of neck of shovel housing. Gaps between discs of the ploughshare and side surfaces of the pipe, measured near cutting edges of the rear part of discs of the ploughshare, at least 12 mm of each side of the side surface of the pipe of rectangular cross-section. Below the outlet hole of the pipe there is a curvilinear wedge, the heel width of which is equal to the width of the pipe, the middle part of which is rigidly fixed to the body of the ploughshare by means of a bracket installed in the place of attachment of inner cleats of the discs. Said furrow roller is arranged behind tube outlet, longitudinal-vertical plane of symmetry of which coincides with longitudinal vertical plane of pipe symmetry. Rolling wheel consists of disc with hub and rim welded to it, on which tire is rigidly attached by means of glue from rubber mass. Diameter of compacting roller is equal to D = 100…120 mm. Distance between transverse-vertical plane of pipe outlet hole and transverse-vertical plane of symmetry of rolling pack is L = 60…65 mm. Rolling roller has spring post made of alloyed spring steel. Upper part of the spring post has a fastening part with a longitudinal slot for placement of a screw connection in it, which is necessary for attachment of the spring post to the body of the ploughshare in the place of attachment of internal cleavers of the discs.

EFFECT: invention improves uniformity of seeds sowing and reduces their damage.
