SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, and can be used for punching holes in multilayer workpieces with central metal layer and thickened with outer elastic layers thickened relative to central metal layer. First, external layers are cut by wedge protrusions of puncheon and matrix, and annular puncheon performs final piercing of hole without compression of external elastic layers of waste.
EFFECT: higher quality of manufactured parts.
