FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to purification of oily waters and can be used for purification of waste water of industrial enterprises, which activity is related to use of oil-containing liquids, oil storage stations, filling stations, oil producing platforms, as well as ship bilge waters. Proposed method comprises successive treatment of purified water in centrifugal force field, coalescence, sedimentation under gravitational forces, heating and filtration, removal of separated oil and removal of solid disperse impurities. Treatment under action of centrifugal forces is performed with the help of low-pressure hydrocyclone at angular speed not exceeding 1,000 rpm. Separated oil discharge is provided at three successive stages of purification. Purified water is further treated by magnetic separation. Filtration operation is combined with sorption. Sorption-filtration material used is crushed modified polypropylene fibre. Proposed device comprises cylindrical housing with bottom and cover, cleaned water supply branch pipes, flushing water and blowdown air, cleaned water, oil products and dirt removal branch pipes. In addition, the device comprises a centrifugal processing unit, a heater arranged in the upper part of the housing, a gravity settler-oil collector and filtering elements. Device also has a vertical partition in the form of an internal cylinder installed coaxially to the housing and dividing the inner space of the device into two parts. Each of the parts forms an independent filtering stage. Gravity clarifier-oil collector is made three-sectional with separate output of collected oil from each section. Centrifugal processing assembly represents a low-pressure hydrocyclone. Filtering elements contain sorption-filtration material.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning oily waters by reducing the oil content to MAC rates by eliminating the effect of emulsification and preventing secondary contamination of treated water with oil accumulating in the loads, as well as by more complete removal of iron-containing impurities with simultaneous improvement of economic and environmental indices of the method of the device.
