SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cutting hair. Beard cutting device includes one or more rotating cutting heads. They contain movable and fixed blades. Each cutting head is surrounded by a crown-shaped flange. Crest has the possibility of height adjustment, which enables to adjust the distance between the specified knives and skin and to set the desired length of hair of the beard during a haircut. Fixed knife has length of L3 tooth from 1 to 3 mm, preferably from 1.5 to 2 mm, opening angle α between teeth from 20 to 30°, preferably from 22 to 28°, especially preferably from 24 to 27°, width of teeth L2 at their ends from 0.3 to 1 mm, preferably from 0.4 to 0.9 mm.
