SYSTEM FOR TRAINING AND EVALUATING MEDICAL PERSONNEL PERFORMING INJECTION AND SURGICAL MINIMALLY INVASIVE PROCEDURES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G09B23/28

Abstract RU 2687564 C1

FIELD: training; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of training in medicine. System comprises a simulator comprising an anatomical model of a part of the body or of the whole human body, made in the form of a multilayer anatomical cast, a testing tool designed to penetrate the dummy layers and provided with a needle and a position sensor. Data collection and transmission unit of task execution is connected with position sensors, testing instrument and outputs of dummy current-conducting elements, connected to computer connected to video camera to identify trainee and two video cameras to record its operation, and is provided with an information display and an input / output network interface, configured to transmit and receive information to a remote server, interacting with the training portal and data storage. Multilayer anatomical model comprises at least six layers made of silicone plates, first five of which are separated by current conducting elements, including foil, whose topography on the underlying layer corresponds to one of the subcutaneous, muscular layers, a layer with veins and lymphatic ducts, a layer with arteries and nerve fibers, and the sixth layer imitates bone tissue. Computer is equipped with a storage device which includes identification data of trainees, and is configured to identify the trainee based on its image, to generate on the information display a task from the database of tasks, to process results of executing tasks and to display the trainee's assessment on the display. Disclosed is an alternative version of the system.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of monitoring and evaluating the conducted injection and minimally invasive surgical procedure.
