FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical models for training in surgery. Laparoscopic simulator comprises a patient's torso module representing a body made of a polymer material with a removable cover and placed inside the models of organs, including a liver with a ligamentous apparatus, gall bladder, spleen, pancreas, stomach, duodenum, omentum majus, loops of small and large intestines, retroperitoneal space with kidneys, endoscopic post and computer system. Removable imitating abdominal wall and the cover and body consisting of layers are anatomically correct. Models of the organs represent an organic complex of a pig or models from a synthetic material, are equipped with metal rings built in them, which serve for attachment in the body in anatomical positions by means of magnets installed on the inner side of the body. Cavity of the body, which is the operating cavity, is sealed by means of a clamping plate attached to the top of the detachable cover along the perimeter to ensure superposition of pneumoperitonium. Housing is equipped with a current-conducting layer in the form of a metal foil covering its inner surface to ensure use of a real electrosurgical high-frequency apparatus. Endoscopic post is connected to the body by means of tubes and includes a monitor, an aspiration-irrigation apparatus, an endoscopic camera, an endoscopic lens, an electrosurgical high-frequency apparatus, an insufflator, a laparoscope, a set of surgical instruments for performing laparoscopic operations. Computer system is connected to a video camera by an endoscopic post and programmed with the possibility of recognizing surgical instruments and their position during exercises, recognition of boundaries of models of organs and obtaining data on spent time on performance of exercise, speed of instruments movement, number of movements and length of tool path.
EFFECT: described is a laparoscopic simulator for training in surgery.
