FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ocean or sea wave coastal electric generator. Electric generator comprises turret 1 with support 2 at the bottom, power part housing 3 on top of turret 1 with possibility of rotation, generators 4 installed on both sides of housing 3, lever 5, on axis of lower end of which there is a float in the form of truck with keel 7 and balloons 6 of toroidal shape. Other end of lever 5 on both sides is connected to axis of the flywheel inside housing 3, which is fixed on this axis through a mechanism of one-side rotation and is engaged with the gear on the axis of generators 4. Flywheel and gear are maximally close to turret 1 axis, continuation of which is holder ring of current collector ring with ball bearing on top for housing 3. Power wires from the rings on the holder from inside through turret 1 go down to the consumer. Housing 3 has a recess opposite to current collector rings, in which a current collector brush holder is arranged, connected by a power wire to generators 4. Power axis of housing 3 coincides with turret axis 1. Center of gravity of housing 3 is maximally close to axis of turret 1. Turn of lever 5 covers the entire upper hemisphere without restrictions.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at provision of free and efficient production of wave energy intake from surface of waves near the shore at shallow depth.
