FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and relates to a method for production of lime by fluid-vortex technology. Method is carried out using industrial wastes in industrial power boiler plants, using heat exchanger for heating and drying input raw material with waste gases, heat exchanger for heating of inlet air of furnace, heat exchanger of water heating by cooled outlet product, gas cleaning system, with heating agent and with vortex separators of return of flue, with supply of heating agent into fluidised bed. Heating agent is obtained from combustion products of combustible gases or natural gas. At that, additionally, device for fuel drying and heating with flare gasification using aerothermal fuel is used. Initial raw material is subject to aerothermal grinding in a spouting layer with impact and direct flow of the heating agent. Lime cooler is used with descending movement of gas suspension of high concentration with low speed of movement. At that, heat conductive is used conductive-radiation.
EFFECT: higher energy efficiency, possibility of using low-energy fuel, higher environmental friendliness of lime production.
