FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment and can be used to create long-range artillery ammunition. Method of increasing firing range by means of corrected artillery ammunition consists in the fact that number of pulse corrections and algorithm of their inclusion are introduced into fuse of computational device of projectile before firing. During projectile movement by means of devices installed in fuse of projectile, pressure is continuously measured and fixed in projectile zone as a function of time. Minimum value of pressure pmin is fixed. Method includes determining moment of time tP2, at which pressure p2 increases with respect to pmin by the value of pressure stage (one millimetre of mercury column). Continuously using the magnetometers installed on the fuse surface the position of the points on the projectile generatrices relative to the Earth's surface is determined and the moments at which the pulse correction devices are located in the right extreme point of the cross section of the projectile head part are determined from their position. Using a first pulse correction device located at such a point at time tP2, short-term pulse action (creating a push) on the right extreme point in the section of the projectile head part, thereby turning the projectile axis upwards. Data are analysed for pressure measurement on the ascending part of the motion path, determining the time tP1, at which pressure value p1 is equal to pressure p2. Using the relation Tm=(tP1+tP2)/2 determine the time Tm value, corresponding to shell reaching maximum height. Determining the time interval Δt=tP2-Tm. After the time interval At after the first action, the projectile axis is again exposed to the projectile axis upwards by means of a pulse correction device located at that moment in the right extreme point of the cross section of the projectile head part. Then, every time intervals equal to Δt, performing next corrections to their exhaustion in accordance with correction algorithm introduced into projectile before firing.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of firing range with corrected artillery ammunition.
