FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer beam welding. Creation of alternating deflecting magnetic field directly in narrow gap between welded parts above welding bath with electromagnetic system, with inductance coil and open magnetic conductor with magnetic tips with through channels. Magnetic tips are located above welding bath, electric current in coils of inductance and time of action of electronic beam on side walls of narrow gap and on filler material for adjustment of value and constancy of fusion of side walls of narrow gap and filler material are changed. Electronic beam is directed to welded parts and filler material inside ferromagnet breech line screening alternating magnetic field. Filler material is fed into welding bath through channels of magnetic tips.
EFFECT: reduction of thermal influence zone, improvement of welded seam reliability and obtaining of high stability and energy efficiency of welding process.
