FIELD: aeronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flight and lifting radio engineering equipment. Tethered aerostat comprises biconvex shell 1 with light gas, container 11 with equipment, rope distribution 12 and wind-driven drive with electric generator supplying equipment in container. Tight aerostat is equipped with balloon 9 configured to bleed air and abutting from below to shell 1, compressor 5 configured to force air into balloon 9, a flexible solar panel which covers the upper surface of the shell and a fan installed with the possibility of compensating for the rotational movement of shell 1 along the height and angle of deviation along the vertical. Shell 1 is made of polyamide and is equipped with a frame.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing longer flight duration and higher energy saturation.
