FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication using flight-lifting means for expansion of radio communication means receiving, broadcasting, monitoring and control zone reception area. Tight aerostat comprises shell 1 in the form of biconvex lens filled with light gas, container 14 with equipment, cable routing 15, power plants with wind drive, and electric generator supplying the equipment. Lower end of cable decoupling is connected with cable 16 with winch 17. Conducting conductor is inserted into cable to connect container 14 with power supply.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing energy saturation and providing greater independence.
