FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, mainly engine building. It can be used for fuel heating in high-pressure fuel line upstream the nozzle. Induction fuel heater comprises autonomous current inverter with quasi-resonant switching (1), inducing wire (2) made of copper tube located on surface of heat exchanger (4) in the form of multiturn coil of inductance (3), through which section passes cooling liquid of engine cooling system, heat exchanger (4), which is a high pressure fuel pipeline (5) in front of nozzle (6) installed in cylinder block (7) head.
EFFECT: simplification of design of induction fuel heater and reduction of cost of heat exchanger, reduction of time and increase of rate of thermal effect on fuel, as well as reduction of thermal intensity of inducing wire.
