FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to engine building, and can be used in fuel system of diesel internal combustion engines. Proposed device represents an electric heating device consisting of a coil produced from a part of a high pressure fuel line 1 and cylindrical casing 4 closed with ends by covers 2, 3, inside which a coil is placed. In covers 2, 3 there are holes, through which on one side heating element 8 is installed, which is a pin plug, and on opposite side connector 5 for connection of temperature sensor 6, which is installed inside housing 4 between turns of coil. To improve heat exchange coil is coated with copper film (B), and casing 4 from inside is covered with aluminum foil 10 and heat insulation 11, and to reduce heat loss external surfaces (A and B) of fuel pipeline and casing of device are coated with low thermal conductivity paint.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is higher starting qualities of diesel engine and reduced incompleteness of fuel combustion during post-start-up period.
