SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-temperature condensation plants and can be used in gas industry. Invention relates to two installation options, including inlet separator, dephlegmator, low-temperature separator, weathering, demethanizer, deethanizer (second version), a debutanizer, three recuperative heat exchangers, two coolers, a separator, drying and cleaning units, two expansion machines, two compressors and two reducing devices. Invention also relates to methods of plants operation. Raw gas is cooled, separated in inlet separator into condensate and gas, which after cooling with gas of low-temperature separation and reduction in expander is subjected to dephlegmation due to cooling with reduced gas of dephlegmation, which is further supplied to low-temperature separator together with weathering gas and methane-containing gas, from which after heating is removed prepared gas and condensate, which is mixed with other condensates, reduced and separated in weathering device on weathering gas and residue, which after heating is supplied to demethanizer, where it is divided into methane-containing gas and BFLH, which is separated in debutanizer into ethane-butane fraction and stable gas condensate. Part of inlet separation gas is compressed, cooled, dried and cleaned, aftercooled with separation gas, reduced in expander and separated into LNG and separation gas, which is heated, compressed and supplied to prepared gas line. In the second version of the installation, BFLH is first de-ethanised and then separated into a propane-butane fraction and a stable gas condensate.
EFFECT: wider range of products and avoiding formation of flare gases.
