SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to low-temperature condensation plants and can be used in gas industry. Plant for low-temperature dephlegmation with rectification LTDR includes an inlet separator, a low-temperature condensation unit in a dephlegmator and a demethanizer, recuperative heat exchangers and reducing devices, debutanisation units, carbon dioxide purification units and a refrigerating machine. During the operation of the plant crude gas is cooled in a recuperative heat exchanger and separated in an inlet separator into a condensate and a gas which, after cooling, is fed into a dephlegmator. Circulating phlegm is removed from the middle part of the demethanizer, which is returned to the demethanizer after being heated by the moist gas. Pre-treated gas is removed from the top of demethanizer after heating in recuperative heat exchanger, and demethanised condensate is removed from bottom, which is directed to debutanisation unit for separation into products. LNG is withdrawn from demethanizer middle part to be removed after purification from carbon dioxide and cooling in refrigerating machine.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides production of LNG due to equipment of demethanizer installation, and increased output of hydrocarbons C2+ for dephlegmator cooling by depleted phlegm gas and removal of flare gases output.
