SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-temperature condensation plants and can be used in gas industry. Disclosed is an apparatus which includes an inlet separator, a dephlegmator with a separator, a low-temperature separator, a weathering apparatus, a demethanizer, a debutanizer, two recuperative heat exchangers, reducing devices and a unit for producing LNG in units for purification from carbon dioxide and drying, two compressors, two coolers, recuperative heat exchanger, expander and LNG separator. During operation of the plant crude gas is cooled, separated in inlet separator into condensate and gas, which after cooling and reduction is subjected to dephlegmation to obtain condensate and dephlegmation gas, which is reduced and separated into residue and separation gas, part of which is fed into LNG production unit, and part—in mixture with residue is directed as coolant in dephlegmator and then separated in low-temperature separator into condensate and gas, which is removed after heating and mixing with return gas. Condensates are reduced and separated in a weathering unit to gas returned to the low-temperature separator, and weathered condensate, which after heating is supplied to the demethanizer, where it is divided into methane-containing gas returned to low-temperature separator, and wide fraction of light hydrocarbons C2+, which is separated in unit of debutanization to produce products. Part of separation gas is cleaned from carbon dioxide, compressed, cooled, dried, aftercooled, reduced and separated in separator by LNG and return gas, which is heated and mixed with prepared gas.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining LNG and high output of hydrocarbons C2+.
