SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular, to a method for selecting a recipient during cadaver kidney transplantation, including the detection of antigens HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-DR, comparison of epitopes of HLA-A and HLA-B antigens of a potential recipient and donor, as well as the choice of recipient according to the obtained data.
EFFECT: invention allows to optimize the selection of a donor-recipient pair, providing an increase in the life of the graft.
