FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to transplantology, can be used for selection of recipient in case of corpse kidney transplantation. For this purpose successive examination of potential recipients is carried out. First alloepitopes HLA of potential recipient and donor are compared. After that, alloepitopes, present in donor, but absent in potential recipient are identified. After that, HLA-DR antigen or antigens of potential recipient are compared with identified alloepitopes. Then if the following combinations: A9C-DR7; A10C-DR3; A10C-DR6; A28C-DR1; B4C-DR6; B8C-DR3; B12C-DR2; B27C-DR5 are identified, conclusion about biological incompatibility of tissues of potential recipient and donor is made. After that, additionally examined are rejected potential recipients, who have at least one of said combinations. For this purpose, compared is HLA-DR phenotype of rejected potential recipient and HLA-DR phenotype of donor. If donor has the same antigen or antigens HLA-DR, which are present in rejected potential recipient, recipient's tissues are considered biologically compatible with donor's tissues, and they are selected as corpse kidney recipient.

EFFECT: simple, efficient, universal method extends possibility of selecting corpse kidney recipient and makes it possible to achieve high survival rate of transplant.
