FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecology, agriculture and can be used in recovery of soil fertility. Method for remediation of contaminated lands involves irrigation and introduction of bioreagent at depth into soil prepared for cleaning. Remediation is carried out in 2 stages: at the first stage on the infected site slit-like or round holes are made to depth of 25 cm, watered, then in 5–6 hours this section is watered with bioreagent in the form of humus-containing suspension in amount of up to 400 g per kg of soil containing the following strains: Acinetobacter calcoaceticus VKPM V-4883, Pseudomonas denitrificans VKPM V-4884, Pseudomonas sp."longa" VKPM V-4885, Rhodococcus erythropolis, taken in amount of (6–8)⋅109, (3–4)⋅109 (2–3)⋅109, (1–2)⋅109 cells per 1 l of solution, respectively, with the following ratio of components, wt%: 4.8:2.4:1.7:1.0. At the second stage, half the initial dose of the concentrate of the humus-containing suspension is introduced in 8–10 days. After second reduced dose of humus-containing suspension, watering is continued for 14 days. Distance between slot-like or round holes makes 8–10 cm.
EFFECT: proposed method for remediation of contaminated land provides efficiency of treatment and reduced degree of decontamination from high degree of contamination to MPC level, preservation of soil biocenosis and restoration of soil fertility.
