SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of environment safety. A solution for cleaning oil contaminated trees and shrubs is described, it contains bio-emulsion, sodium cocosulfate, bentonite clay, thickener and water at the following ratio of components, wt. %: bio-emulsion 5-10, sodium coco-sulfate 0.04-0.06, bentonite clay 7-8, thickener: CMC-8000 0,1-0,3 or xanthan gum 0.3-0.8, water the rest. The bio-emulsion contains an association of strains, vaseline oil, an emulsifier and a mineral additive at the following ratio of components, wt. %: association of strains based on liquid cultures of Rhodococcus erythropolis VKPM AC-1660 and Rhodococcus sp. VKPM AC-1260 10, vaseline oil 10, emulsifier T-2 1, mineral additive 3, drinking water 76. The mineral additive contains the following composition and concentration of salts in an aqueous solution: potassium phosphoric acid monosubstituted (KN2PO4) 1.5 g/dm3, potassium phosphoric acid diosubstituted (K2NPO4) 4.0 g/dm3, ammonium sulfate (NH4)2SO4) 1.0 g/dm3, magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) 2.0 g/dm3. An increase in the efficiency of cleaning oil contaminated trees and shrubs is ensured, while preserving the safety of the ecosystem by eliminating secondary oil contamination of soils, cutting down trees and shrubs with toxic substances.
