FIELD: cattle breeding.

SUBSTANCE: method of keeping bees in winter includes feeding of candy with immunostimulating component, which is repeatedly given to bees. During the first two winter months with interval of 2 weeks, the bees are given a candy with the addition of an immunostimulating component represented by a fruit-and-acid fermented product made of apples with pH equal to 3.5–4, with the following ratio of ingredients, %: candy - 98–99.8, immunostimulating component - rest. In the last decade of February in candy added protein product, which is represented by soybean isolate BS-90, and an immunostimulating component in the form of a fruit-and-acid fermented product obtained from apples with pH equal to 3.5–4, with the following ratio of ingredients, %: candy 90–91.5, soy isolate - 7.5–8.0, immunostimulating component - rest.

EFFECT: invention relates to beekeeping, in particular, to methods for dressing of candy enrichment in order to increase efficiency of preservation of bees in winter period.
