FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multi-element geometrical structure (1) for absorption and dissipation of energy released at impact. Structure comprises a plurality of hollow cells (2, 2', 2"), adjacent and stably connected to each other. Each cell (2, 2', 2") there is at least one arc element (3, 3', 3"), extending from two adjacent sections of the edge passing along the perimeter of the cell. Arc elements (3, 3', 3") are configured with possibility of elastic deformation.
EFFECT: invention discloses a multi-element geometrical structure for absorption and dissipation of energy released during impact, and a protective helmet containing this structure.
