FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine and can be used to simulate a trophic wound experimentally. Skin is excised in the inter-blade area of an experimental animal in the form of a geometrical figure. A simple continuous blanket suture is applied along the edges of the wound with the wound skin margins attached to the fascia using a monofibre synthetic non-absorbable sterile surgical suture material with a spacing between turns of filament 3 mm; the end of the suture after the first prick-in is not fastened, after suturing the suture is stretched for both ends to blanching of the bound layers of tissues, ends of the suture are connected to each other, retaining tension and paleness of tissues. On the surface of the bottom of the formed wound, a superficial fascia is cut with longitudinal and transverse mutually perpendicular incisions to form cells with size of 5×5 mm.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of animal death, enabling tissue capture for morphological examination without foreign bodies.
