FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental surgery. A wound defect with a diameter of 16 mm is created on the skin of the animal in the interscapular region, excising a full-thickness flap to the fascia. The edges of the wound are fixed with interrupted sutures to the edges of the central hole of a silicone disk 2 mm thick and 40 mm in diameter, in the center of which a round hole 24 mm in diameter is cut, so that the cut out part of the disk remains connected to the main part and serves as a cover. The outer edge of the silicone disc is fixed to the skin of the animal with interrupted sutures; a third row of sutures is applied around the disc through the skin, capturing an array of underlying soft tissues. At the bottom of the wound, the fascia is dissected with a diametrical incision, after which the soft tissues are crushed with a Kocher clamp. Bacteria capable of causing purulent inflammation are injected into the wound, a piece of gauze napkin 2x2 cm is placed on the formed defect, then the cover of the silicone disc is closed and fixed with a sterile plaster.

EFFECT: invention allows the formation of a trophic purulent wound of a given shape and area, followed by repeated reproduction of this model, provides protection of the wound from external influences during the experiment, which also affects the standardization of conditions.
