FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical treatment, in particular to devices for cleaning contaminants, washing, degreasing, chemical treatment of surfaces, for soaking and in case of need drying of small-size metal, polymer, ceramic, mineral (gravel, sand) and glass articles, including in form of bars and tubes, and can be used in machine building, construction and chemical industry when processing loose objects, as well as for washing root crops, and can be used in food, construction and pharmaceutical industry. Device for processing loose objects in cassettes contains loading and unloading mechanisms of cassettes equipped with a drive and pushers, a washing chamber of a through type and a drum installed inside the washing chamber with possibility of rotation. At the same time on the drum there are guides installed regularly along the circumference for the cassettes movement and their retention during the drum rotation. Length of guides is more than length of at least one cassette. Washing chamber also has a bath with a drain nozzle and a cover with holes in both ends. On the drum above each guide for the cassettes perforated convex-shaped chutes are fixed. Cartridge is made in the form of an open container with guides, a concave bottom, side and end walls, at that end walls of the cassette protrude above the edge of the side wall of the cassette. Projecting part of the end walls is uniformly equidistant to the concave surface of the perforated chutes. Gap between edge of projecting part of end walls and inner surface of perforated chutes is smaller than smaller size of treated loose objects. Inner surface of perforated chute is smoothly conjugated with inner surface of cassette side walls. At that gap between them is smaller than smallest size of processed loose objects. End walls of the cassette are made perforated. Side walls and bottom of the cassette are made perforated or mesh. In at least one transverse through slot of the cassette there is an intermediate wall made solid, perforated or mesh. Drying process is carried out in a washing chamber, in the cover of which at least one nozzle for removing vapors is installed, and the bath contains at least one nozzle for supply of drying gas.
EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous technological treatment of a large number of loose objects, differing in form and mechanical properties, shorter loading time of the cassette and unloading from the cassettes of loose objects, elimination of fixed zones of contact of the treated articles with the cassette, and consequently, higher quality of technological treatment of the surface of loose objects.
