FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer industry and can be used to create polymer composite materials used in construction industry, in external reinforcement systems for reinforcement and repair of structures. Epoxy binder contains, pts. wt: epoxy diane resin with weight of epoxy groups from 180 to 270 g/eq - 35.0–90.0; plasticising additive - 2.0–16.0, selected from aliphatic resins of diglycidyl ether of diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, diglycidyl ether of 1,4-butanediol and dibutyl phthalate; thixotropic additive - 4.0–10.0, selected from a group consisting of aerosil, polyurea, garamite; a curing system which contains an adduct based on cycloaliphatic polyamines 5.0–50.0 and polyoxyamine 5.0–20.0. Ratio of the epoxy part to the curing system is equal to 100:(30–65) pts. wt respectively.
EFFECT: improved adhesion to concrete and carbon, obtaining carbon fiber reinforced plastic with high ultimate tensile strength of 3800–4500 MPa.
