FIELD: epoxy compositions.
SUBSTANCE: highly filled epoxy compositions of increased strength - polymer concretes - for creating supporting elements and fastening embedded parts in concrete, stone or brickwork using the free pouring method. An epoxy composition is proposed, consisting of component A, which is a combination of amino epoxy resin with an epoxy number of 21.6-21.8, epoxy diane resin with an epoxy number of 22.0-22.5, low-viscosity aliphatic resins Laproxide 703 and DEG-1 and a polyalkylsiloxane solution in a mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbons at their mass ratio of 53.3:26.7:18.02:2.0:0.8, filled with quartz sand VS-050 (290.0-312.0 parts by weight) and the mixture titanium dioxide pigments (2.96 parts by weight) with carbon black (0.04 parts by weight), and component B, containing a mixture of aliphatic amines XT-=444 and XT-489 as an amine hardener with an amine equivalent weight of 87 g/mol, with a mass ratio between components A and B from 8:1 to 8:0.84.
EFFECT: epoxy composition for large volumes of castings has a long fluidity retention time and a reduced curing time at room temperature after gelation. The cured composition of polymer concrete can withstand long-term static and dynamic loads.
