SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics and can be used for treating a neurological or motor disease, or a disorder, or a condition associated therewith. For this purpose, presented a pharmaceutical composition in form of a solution prepared for subcutaneous administration, made of apomorphine, an acidic amino acid and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein said composition has a pH higher than 3 and less than 7, the composition does not precipitate solid substances for at least 48 hours at 25 °C and molar ratio of apomorphine to acidic amino acid ranges from 1:0.5 to 1:1.5. Group of inventions also relates to a version of said composition, additionally containing a surfactant, and to a method of treating said diseases.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides stable compositions of apomorphine for subcutaneous administration, which are safe and effective for administration to patients.
