FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biochemistry and more particularly to stable aqueous compositions comprising from about 5 to 30 mg / ml protein CD-RAP and charged amino acid having a net charge at pH of about 6 to 8, and a kit for cartilage repair comprising said composition and instructions for use. Present invention allows to obtain stable aqueous compositions CD-RAP protein, said protein comprising a high concentration, which at the same time reduced the aggregation of polypeptides of CD-RAP over a long period of time and with repeated cycles of freezing and thawing.
EFFECT: composition of the present invention is for use in the treatment of inflammatory disorders, preferably osteoarthritis.
