FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for determination of grain-size composition of crushed grain in working chamber of hammer-type crushers of closed type. Method for determining granulometric composition of milled grain material includes removing electrical pulses from impact of particles of ground grain on working surface of piezoelectric sensors and outputting digitized signal to computer monitor. Piezoelectric transducers are located in the same plane with the inner surface of the lower part of the inlet neck case, at the middle level of the ribbed surface of the lower deck, in the same plane as the sieve surface and at the middle level of the ribbed surface of the upper deck. Boundaries of electric pulses against impacts of working surface of piezoelectric sensor of whole, normally ground, under-grinded and re-grinded grains are determined. According to the piezoelectric sensors in the working chamber of the hammer crusher in real time granulometric composition of the milled grain material is obtained.
EFFECT: invention provides determination of granulometric composition of crushed grain material inside working chamber of hammer crusher of closed type.
