FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control methods allowing to control granulometric composition of crushed material. Control method consists in impact action of grain material on impact-detecting sensors with subsequent conversion and amplification of signal, wherein the analogue electric signal obtained from the piezoelectric element of the impact-detecting sensor as a result of the electric charge generation from the impact action of each type of particles of the grain material, is proportional to the weight of particles of the grain material. First, signal is passed through filter, in which constant output voltage is maintained at periodic oscillations of current, and then before transfer to monitor is converted into digital signal, ranged and mathematically processed by analogue-to-digital converter. Impact-detecting sensors are made in the form of piezoelectric sensors and installed inside the working chamber of the hammer crusher in the grain feeding zone, the sieve area, in the zones of the lower and upper decks. Analogue-to-digital converter used is a system unit of a computer with an application package "Electronic oscillograph", "Mathcad" and "Excel".
EFFECT: method provides higher control quality.
