FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used as part of process equipment for compensation of thermobaric changes of tubing string length. Compensator for thermobaric changes in the length of the tubing string includes an external pipe having the possibility of being connected to the casing string of the tail pipe of the well, an internal pipe located coaxially in the external pipe, as well as sealing elements. Outer and inner pipes are installed so that annular cavity is formed between them and attached to each other. Compensator is equipped with an intermediate pipe having the possibility of connection to the tubing string and installed in the said annular cavity with the possibility of axial reciprocating movement and with gaps relative to the inner surface of the external pipe and external surface of the internal pipe. On external and internal surfaces of external pipe there are stops having the possibility of contact by one end with support coupling, fixed on casing pipe of well shank, and by another end – with compression sealing elements, one of which is located on external surface of external pipe, and other is between external and intermediate pipes, wherein in each said clearance, coaxially to each other, pre-compressed sealing elements and sealing elements having a possibility of compression are arranged.
EFFECT: providing compensation of considerable thermobaric length changes of the tubing string clones with the heat-insulating coating and providing tightness of disconnection of the under-packer zone of the well from the above-packer zone of the well.
