SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio equipment. Technical result of invention is achieved due to availability of analogue antenna switch, at least one additional receiving unit and SIMO processing unit, which allows commutation or complete disconnection of arbitrary data streams coming from receiving units in case of failure or reception of interference signal by one of receiving antenna-feeder paths and / or one of these receiving units.
EFFECT: apparatus and method of transmitting data over a radio channel based on SIMO-OFDM technology with high noise immunity and reliability.
