SUBSTANCE: use: for measurements in well by means of nuclear magnetic resonance. Summary of invention consists in the fact that downhole tool comprises tool housing; magnetic field source connected to tool housing; antenna connected to the tool body and one or more radial projections located at intervals along the circumference of the tool body near the antenna and inclined relative to the longitudinal axis of the tool body, wherein one or more radial projections comprise current-conducting material, wherein one or more radial ledges radially surround said antenna.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing accuracy of conducted measurements in well by means of nuclear magnetic resonance.
