FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method for indicating, estimating and forecasting, i.e. study of specific geologic bed properties with the use of magnetic nuclear resonance (NMR) measurements. For this purpose, on the initial stages, at least one suitable property of drilling environment, defined by well bore and surrounding bed, and at least one parameter of NMR from response of NMR measurement, are selected. Suitable property is selected to compare values thereof on various depths to characteristics or behavior of pore pressure in geologic bed. NMR measurements are carried out on various depths of a well to generate NMR response from drilling environment. Thereafter, the measured values of NMR parameter inside response of NMR are compared to values of suitable property. Then, values of suitable property are compared on various depths; correlation between property values is compared to pore pressure behavior on various depths; characteristics of pore pressure in geologic bed on various depths of a well are defined.
EFFECT: method of acquisition information concerning pore pressure in geologic bed.
