FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment and can be used in laying ammunition for automatic guns with belt feed. Device for connecting cartridge belts comprises housing having rammer made in form of lever fixed on housing, on rammer device there are spring-loaded clamps, which interact with hinges fixed on rammer cams, connected to each other by traction, and a bushing is installed on the housing, in which the rammer is fixed with the possibility of longitudinal movement, by means of the rod, at the same time the rod is connected to the handle with the handle which is installed in the housing by means of bearings.
EFFECT: disclosed invention allows simplifying the design, improving reliability and reducing time of engagement of cartridge belts.
