FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of sick and injured man to ambulance, inside ambulance for conveying to hospital and further carrying inside premices. Proposed removable stretcher wheeled carrier for ambulance contains carrying frame with front cross member, middle cross member, rear cross member and first pair of support wheels. Wheels are made for engagement with pan stationary secured on ambulance. Front and rear chassis are mounted for turning on carrying frame with, respectively, second and third pairs of support wheels on their lower ends, and also device for fastening stretcher on carrier, lock for fixing carrier with stretcher on pan, front and rear fixing devices for, respectively, front and rear chassis, device to manually release the chassis when loading a patient made in form of front and rear handles connected, accordingly, with front and rear fixing devices. Front and rear chassis are furnished with first and second stop bridges, accordingly. Stop bridges are fixed in their upper parts. Front fixing device is made in form of first fork-like bracket-strut. Said bracket-strut is provided with first U-shaped part hinge-connected with carrying frame. First link is stationary attached to middle of U-shaped part by one end, and rocking wheel-follower is installed on bracket-fork hinge-mounted and spring-loaded relative to first link on other end of link. Wheel-follower is made for engagement with intake chute of pan. Front handle of manual release device of chassis is connected to this end of first link. First cradle is stationary secured on first link. First cradle is provided with first rigid post and tooth=hook rocking on axle spring-loaded relative to first link by first extension spring. Tooth-hook is made for engagement by its bevel with first stop bridge of front chassis. First stop bridge is installed for engagement with plate springs. Said plate springs are secured on first link. Rear fixing device is made in form of second fork-like bracket-strut. Second bracket-strut is provided with second U-shaped part hinge-connected with carrying frame to middle of which second link is stationary connected by one end. Second cradle is stationary secured on other end of second link. Second cradle contains second rigid post, rigid stop and pusher. Second cradle is made for engagement with second stop bridge at fixing of rear chassis, and with axle of second wheel pairs of front chassis at releasing. Rear handle of manual release device of chassis is secured on carrying frame for longitudinal displacement, being spring-loaded relative to carrying frame and connected by rod with turnable pusher hinge-mounted on link. Turnable pusher is made for engagement with second stop bridge at manual release of rear chassis. Front chassis is spring-loaded from front side of carrying frame relative to carrying frame by second extension spring. Rear chassis is spring-loaded in direction of front side of carrying frame relative to carrying frame by third extension spring at one side, and at other side is spring-loaded by fourth extension spring relative to second link of bracket-strut of rear fixing device. Invention improves reliability of stretcher carrier owing to simplified design and cut down number of heavy loaded parts and units at preservation of independent control of front and rear chassis at their releasing in process of rolling carrier into ambulance and out of ambulance.
EFFECT: improved reliability, simplified design of removable stretcher wheeled carrier.
