SUBSTANCE: described is a heat exchanger comprising a vessel for a refrigerant, wherein said vessel has a chamber limited by the surface of the walls of the vessel, and also comprises an inlet branch pipe and an outlet nozzle for transporting the refrigerant into said inner chamber and therefrom. At least one part of the tube is located inside said chamber with the possibility of liquid flowing into the specified part of the tube and / or from it through the first hole and the second hole. Said at least one part of the tube has an average diameter. Said chamber has a space for a refrigerant, where said space has a certain volume, wherein at least one part of the tube has an outer surface in contact with the space for said liquid, where said surface has a certain area. Said volume divided by product of said area and said mean diameter is less than or equal to a certain constant value.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions of heat exchanger and amount of coolant.
