FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: liquid level meter comprises ball float chamber (2) with ball float (1) located in it from ferromagnetic material, movable indicator (8) located outside chamber (2) of ball float, graduated scale (6) and guide rail (3, 3') of movable indicator. Movable indicator (8) comprises element (8-2) of magnetic steel, frame (8-5) and roller system, which is horizontally installed in frame (8-5). Roller system includes rollers (8-4, 8-4') with annular grooves on peripheral surfaces installed on axles (8-3, 8-3') by means of rolling bearings (8-1, 8-1'). Element (8-2) of magnetic steel is attached from outside of ball frame (8-5) nearest to chamber (2) of ball float so that one of magnetic poles of element from magnetic steel is directed to ball float. Guide rail (3, 3') of the movable indicator is enveloped with rectangular frame (8-5) and extends between the magnetic steel element (8-2) and the roller system. Roller system allows rollers (8-4, 8-4') to contact with guide rail with possibility of rolling up and down under effect of magnetic interaction between element (8-2) of magnetic steel and ball float (1).
EFFECT: high accuracy, as well as simple and reliable design, and easy to manufacture.
