FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, namely to solutions for tumescent paravasal anesthesia accompanying radio-frequency obliteration of veins. Solution contains 0.9 % physiological saline in amount of 500.0 ml, 10 % lidocaine in amount of 4.0 ml, 5 % sodium bicarbonate in amount of 25.0 ml.
EFFECT: invention provides high anesthetic properties and enables reducing potential complications in patients by excluding epinephrine from the anesthetic solution.
