FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for preparing an agent possessing antihepatotoxic activity. Method involves extraction of vegetable raw materials with aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol, evaporation in vacuum, cleaning and drying, wherein vegetal raw material is represented by collection containing 15 wt% Centaurium erythraea herb, 10 wt% Tanacetum vulgare flowers, 25 wt% rhizomes with roots of Inula helenium, 27.5 wt% rose berry, 22.5 wt% Crataegus fruits, extraction is carried out three times 45–55 vol% ethanol with constant stirring at 60–70 °C for 2 hours, then combined extracts are cleaned by separation.
EFFECT: wider range of domestic high-effective and safe drugs for preventing and treating diseases of the hepatobiliary system, leading to improved detoxicating liver function and high activity of its cytochrome P450-dependent monooxygenase system.
