Abstract RU 2771028 C1

FIELD: pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely to a medicinal product exhibiting hepatoprotective and antihepatotoxic actions, and a method for production thereof. Method for producing a medicingal product exhibiting hepatoprotective and antihepatotoxic actions, including extraction of plant raw materials, purification and drying, wherein crushed dried grass of wild common chicory (Cichorium intybus L.) with a particle size of 3 to 5 mm is used as plant raw materials, three-time dynamic extraction with 50 to 70 vol.% ethyl alcohol in a ratio of 1:10 at a temperature of 40 to 60°C for 1 to 1.5 hours, filtration, concentration of the combined extraction, purification with an organic solvent selected from a group including dichloromethane, dichloroethane, chloroform, and drying at a temperature of 40 to 60°C. Medicinal product exhibiting hepatoprotective and antihepatotoxic actions.

EFFECT: above product provides a reduction in the level of bilirubin, the activity of blood serum enzymes - markers of hepatic diseases (ALP, AST, ALT), and a reduction in hyaline-drop dystrophy-type dystrophic changes in acute toxic liver damage by heavy metals and toxic hepatitis, and also reduces manifestations of symptoms of acute intoxication by heavy metals.
